Pursuant to its by-laws, regular meetings of the Redevelopment Authority Board are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month. The meetings are held at the Authority’s offices at 16 Luzerne Avenue, Second Floor, West Pittston, Pennsylvania, and start at  12:00 p.m.    

The 2026-2027 regular meeting schedule is as follows:

September 15, 2026	October 20, 2026	November 17, 2026	December 15, 2026

The location for the Regular Scheduled meetings will be the offices of the Redevelopment Authority of Luzerne County, Suite #210, 16 Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston, Pa., unless otherwise determined for the safety of the Board of Directors and/or public attendees due to health or emergency conditions.  Notice of any change in location will be posted on the Authority's website.

COVID Restrictions have been lifted as of May 11, 2023, Attendance at Authority Board Meetings  will also be held by teleconference, for those who may wish to participate.  Access information is posted below.  

On Tuesday, February 16, 2027,  prior to the Regular Monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the Authority, the Annual Reorganization Meeting will be conducted.
